We use our bar stools in our outdoor kitchen. They are very comfortable and attractive. It was hard for me to find a stool with a back and no arms. These were perfect, and for a great price.

This bar stool is well made, very easy to assemble (just two parts) and looks great with the wood seat. Seats are wide, nice finish on the wood, and the black steel frame is well appointed in a satin powder coat. They look great on hard wood floors and are jsut the right height for the kitchen island.

Overall happy with the stools, but2 complaints:
1. They are rusting somewhere, there are rust stains on the deck below a couple of the legs (we use the stools in a covered outdoor patio, but they still get wet with wind-blown rain)
2. The stain used to fininsh the seats mostly looks good, but on 2 of the chairs looks like someone wiped something against the wood before it was dry (natural wood color shows through), then this was not fixed before the sealer was applied - each 'blemish' is about 2 sq. inches
